Restore Damaged & Missing Teeth
First, Dr. Effinger will take impressions, scans, and photos of your teeth, which will be sent to a dental lab where your crowns will be manufactured by experienced technicians. Once your crowns are ready, they're sent back to your dentist for the final fitting and placement. Your crowns will look and feel natural, and last several years.
Dental bridges attach to two of your healthy teeth using dental crowns. Between them, one or more false teeth or “pontics” will be suspended to cover up gaps in your smile. Bridges are usually used to restore 1-3 adjacent missing teeth. They are a great alternative to other treatments like dental implants and partial dentures.
Root canal therapy is used to treat infected teeth. In this procedure, a small hole is made in the tooth, then Dr. Effinger will remove the infected material from the inside, fill up the tooth, and cover it with a filling or a crown. This restores the tooth’s function and preserves it for years to come.
